We come from a chemical distribution background and wanted to bring the customer a new experience in the car wash world. Seeing the same customers come back means that the staff and our car wash are doing something right, something we can be proud of. What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? The best feedback we receive from customers are the simple honks of their horns as they drive off the property. Knowing they are leaving happy with the job we have just done is plenty thanks for us.
